On my darkest days and nights, I lit a candle.
Not because it fixed anything. But because that small flame did something I no longer could. It kept burning.
During that time, I had completely lost the light within myself. I felt empty, exhausted, invisible. But when I lit that candle, there was something. A warmth. A presence. A quiet signal that whispered: you are allowed to be here.
That ritual, so small, so simple, became one of the anchors of my healing.
When I started building The Light After, I knew immediately: there has to be a candle holder. Not just any one. One that is beautiful enough to look at. One that reminds you of your own strength, even when you cannot see it yourself.
The round shape is no coincidence. A circle has no beginning and no end, just like your light. It does not disappear. It waits.
Place it somewhere you will see it. Light a candle. And allow yourself to simply be.
